BIO:
Charlie started his insurance career as an intern for Hadfield Agency, Inc. in 1998. He interned in every facet of the independent family insurance business. A licensed agent since 1999, Charlie’s responsibilities have ranged from opening the mail, to new business sales and service, to being the receptionist, as well as the office cleaner. When Charlie left to go to college he kept up with the insurance business by continuing to intern for the Hadfield Agency and, when in school at Fayetteville, interning for a local agent from 2001-2003. Upon his return to work full time in 2003, Charlie broadened his insurance knowledge by going to work for the Managing Agency owned by his father Charles Jr. From 2003 – 2005 Charlie held the position of Smart Choice Agents of Arkansas Commercial Underwriter and Smart Choice Agents of Missouri marketing representative. During this time he was responsible for recruiting new agents into the program and also, quoting and issuing all new commercial business for current agents in the program. He was also responsible for processing the renewals and negotiating the price of the renewals with the agent and the Insurance Company. From 2005 – 2009 his responsibilities have ranged from sales, marketing, servicing, rating, insurance company relationship building, administration, management, to continuing education to get his Certified insurance counselor designation.
Charlie is a graduate of Central High School class of 1999. He attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1999 – 2000, University of Little Rock Arkansas from 2000 – 2001, and finished his education at the University of Arkansas in 2003. Charlie is married to his wonderful wife Paige and has a beautiful daughter, Ava. He enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and daughter. When he's not working or with his family, he enjoys being a very active member of Arkansas Fitness, running, biking, hunting, and any other outdoor activity. Currently, he is also trying to get more involved in the game of golf when time permits.
